Privacybeleid van TransistorLab voor de bescherming van de persoonlijke levenssfeer

Deze rubriek beschrijft de gedragslijn van TransistorLab NetLabel voor de bescherming van de persoonlijke levenssfeer (hierna “TSN” genoemd) wanneer zij persoonsgegevens verwerkt. Zij past handelwijze zowel toe op geïnformatiseerde

als manuele gegevensverwerkingen.

De verwerking van de persoonsgegevens van bezoekers en gebruikers.

TSN is een open source en maatschappelijk collegiaal orgaan ter bevordering van vrij delen van informatie met respect voor auteursrechten. 

TSN verwerkt geen enkel persoonsgegeven over haar websitebezoekers op WordPress.com. Er worden geen anonieme gegevens verzameld over het aantal

keer dat een bepaalde pagina wordt bezocht. Hierbij wordt ook het IP-adres niet genoteerd. De sessiegebonden cookies worden niet gebruikt. Zodra de bezoeker de site verlaat, worden deze cookies vernietigd.  

De persoonsgegevens die de gebruiker vrij mededeelt bij de aangifte op de site WordPress.com (rubriek ‘Say Your Words’) van een gegevensverwerking, een klacht of vragen om informatie of advies, verwerkt TSN slechts om aan de vraag van de

gebruiker te kunnen voldoen en om de opdrachten te vervullen die haar worden toevertrouwd.Met name Open Source Audio-aktiviteiten onder Creative Commons Licences en conform de wet van 8 december 1992 tot bescherming van de persoonlijke levenssfeer en zijn uitvoeringsbesluit van 13 februari 2001.

De persoonsgegevens van de gebruikers worden in geen geval nooit verwerkt voor commerciële doeleinden. 

De persoonsgegevens worden niet doorgegeven aan derden die eventuele verzoeken behandelt. Deze gegevens worden niet doorgegeven aan personen buiten TransistorLab, wanneer dat nodig blijkt te zijn voor de behandeling van het verzoek van de gebruiker kan er een uitzondering optreden,. 

Elke persoon wiens gegevens worden verwerkt, kan zijn persoonlijke gegevens inkijken, ze laten verbeteren of indien hij daar goede redenen

voor heeft, ze laten verwijderen. Hij stuurt hiertoe een mail naar het hogervermelde adres onder format Reply, of stuurt een e-mail naar 

TransistorLab@gmail.com. 

Linken naar andere sites 

Deze website heeft geen linken naar sites van de overheidssector. TransistorLab NetLabel kan niet garanderen dat deze websites een privacybeleid naleven, overeenkomstig de wet van 8 december 1992 tot bescherming van de persoonlijke levenssfeer ten opzichte van de verwerking van persoonsgegevens. We raden de gebruikers dus aan dit zelf na te gaan door de privacyclausule te raadplegen die verplicht op iedere website moet voorkomen. 

[nws055] Netwaves 2.18: Netwaves Live @ Kulturama

Netwaves Live still has a hangover of the past party @ the Kulturama fest: electricity everywhere in the air … Surf all Netwaves.

Het kot zat pompesvol vorige zaterdag. Weliswaar was niet iedereen voor Netwaves Live gekomen, maar een grote hoop wel voor het hoogtepunt van Kulturama, de Ed Banger labelnight. Toch was er een harde kern die na het elektronische opwarm-deken van dj Tmp zich genoeglijk liet gaan op de opzwepende beats van Pleksi & Kronoz. Deze jongelui hadden ook een verdienstelijke bijdrage aan de Scorpio DJ-contest gedaan, en stonden als beloning nu op de breakstoel van de Silo. Vervolgens verrraste Cpt. Interceptor met z’n electro act: concurrentie voor Dr. Lectroluv heeft zich bij deze gemeld. Vervolgens deden B&P de Netwaves op een professionele manier beuken op de dansvloer. Akwalek deed uitgeleide met z’n typische vloeiende, psychedelische, organische golfbewegingen. Kortom Netwaves Live bewees vorige zaterdag dat dit concept staat als een beuk. Netwaves interviews John Lagora and warms up for the Kulturama gig. Surf all Netwaves. Our live broadcast is hosted by Radio Scorpio, the first independent radio in Belgium. The program is compiled by Netlabelism & TransistorLab and fully energized by Jan, Toon, Jasper, Scalle & Embe.

In 2002 Marcozz (back then his DJ name was Dust) and Quill created the Digital Clones concept. They teamed up to spin drum’n'bass, Lady Vortex is a big fan of them. But Digital Clones where more than a DJ-duo, so in a matter of time their first party took place in the legendary Eclips, many more followed….In the mean while electro-breakz also became part of their musical menu. This was the beginning of a partnership that only kept growing and growing. Vocals, soundscapes, scratches and effects where used to spice up their sound, the vocals where provided by the Ras Cru (MC’s D-man & Sims) or by themselves. In the year that followed the Clones got involved in different projects and organizations, the most famous one is Naranja. These participations resolved in a lot of gigs filled with drum’n'bass and electro-breakz. This brought them on parties and clubs all over with international and national DJ’s and live-acts. The 2 monthly residencies on the Dutch BoomBreakinBeats radio (nl) began as a new adventure for them in 2004. In the same year Naranja started with a drum’n'bass party concept with the Digital Clones as residents. From the beginning until the end (23/12/2006 was the last Naranja party) it was a huge success, nice line-ups and a great atmospheres and crowds, which always showed up in massive numbers…Alongside of Belgian biggest drum’n'bass jocks and local talents the Clones rock the decks spreading their typical sound injected with vocals, soundscapes and effects. 2005 gave birth to the collaboration between Relax Partyfestival and Digital Clones, they where asked to host, program and decorate the alternative stage on their festival that has 5 different areas and an average of 3500 visitors. For the third time in a row they where asked to host that area again this year, it keeps on growing and growing every year, thanks to the big support we get from the crowd. The Naranja parties, radio residencies and solo projects of Marcozz and Quill completed their agendas. 2006 was a busy year for the guys: Relax Partyfestival, Naranja, Boombreakingbeats Radio and solo projects where on their hands, but that wasn’t enough and they also took on a 2 weekly radio show Radio Villala on Villa Basta. Besides deejaying, producing became the new musical direction that the Clones took, like their DJ-sets their productions where drum’n'bass or electro-breakz orientated. The evolution they made has evolved in wider variety of music in their sets and productions, elements of house, minimal and classics where added. This year we already have a busy schedule…We will proceed with the successful drum’n'bass formula of Naranja under the Digital Clones flag (first party Drum & Basicz 16-05-2007 at Flamingo Neerpelt). Lots of DJ bookings are rolling in and we have a production request and Relax Partyfestival preparations are starting… And last but certainly not least, Captain Interceptor and Digital Clones are starting a new live project, for live gigs and producing, they named themselves The Dash Men. You can expect a clash of upfront dance and dirty rock…Keep your eyes and ears open for this new project, fresh Dash sound and news will be coming your way very soon…We have lots of things in the preparation stage right now, you will be dashed and surprised in a big way during 2008.
